Ute FischerUte Fischer is Corporate Audit at our client ams Osram and will talk about her experiences and insights that she gained during the transformation of ams Osram to the hybrid work model. She will talk about the cultural challenges she had to overcome and provide insights into her successful strategies. The topic of corporate culture plays an important role!
