About our speakers:
Anna Schmitt is Senior Property Manager at Osram. After completing her architecture studies at the Technical University of Munich in 2009, she worked on the planning of daycare centers and residential buildings. At Turner & Townsend, she began developing workplace concepts and supporting relocation projects. She then spent 5 years at Unicredit in the real estate department and introduced smart working concepts.
Anica Willman is a feel-good manager, trainer, DiverSIXTy manager and New Work trendsetter: In her job as "Executive New Work" at SIXT, Anica can combine all of this. Working for and with people is what inspires her and she can prove this every day in her diverse range of tasks. For her, it is important to create added value for employees and real employee excitement.
Christopher Bieri is CEO and co-founder of Seatti. He studied business administration in St. Gallen and Harvard, and worked as a project manager at Tesla in Amsterdam. When he noticed how limited the options for working models were, he decided to change something. With co-founders Johannes and Moritz, they developed Seatti to help companies create new ways of working and thus give employees more added value in their work.
