Hybrid team events are important to promote cohesion and exchange. That's why we regularly organize a pub quiz at Seatti in order not only to expand our knowledge, but also to laugh, guess and usually get indignant about the answers from our team members. But how does such a pub quiz actually work in a hybrid set-up?
New year, new luck!
Since last year, a new Seatti tradition has emerged: Pub Quiz. Once a month, we all connect online and puzzle out what it takes. A simple and exciting way to see us all, put each other to the test and our corporate culture to improve. Because that too is part of hybrid work in addition!
Our team has grown even further and is spread across Europe. It is then all the more important for us to actively take time for informal exchange and a small team challenge. That is why there is a monthly fight to throw our VP of Sales Lars from the quiz champion throne. Because Lars really wins every pub quiz in the blink of an eye.
Between Cupid's Arrow, Greek Mythology & Trash TV
And who could organize our pub quiz if not our running sunshine Paula? Each time, she selects questions that not only promote general knowledge, but also simply invite you to laugh together. And after a few pub quizzes, you can already see a few patterns with Paula. Since she is a big fan of Greek mythology, a few questions about it creep in from time to time.
She also wants to know from us what was the name of Edward VIII's wife, for whom he gave up the British crown? Or how many points are there for the word “love” in Scrabble? If you have no idea while reading, then you are cordially invited to the next pub quiz!
And in the end, of course, the award ceremony was not to be missed. However, the winner wasn't a big surprise now because it was Lars again! Congratulations!

A pub quiz is just one part of our corporate culture
How important small events such as the Pub Quiz are for our corporate culture is really clear every time! Even though everyone in our quiz is on their own and masters it (more or less) well, it still has an impact on our team dynamics. It kind of welds together and, with many possible answers, simply shows what a colorful bunch we actually are! And that surprises every time.
And in addition to our outings, such as in Schliersee or Madrid Other traditions are also being added. It is simply great to see what an impact such small events can have.
