Seatti is pleased to announce that Janina Kugel has joined the start-up for managing hybrid teams & flexible workplaces as a board member on April 1, 2023. She will support the company in strategic areas related to hybrid work.
Ms. Kugel is one of Germany's best-known managers. Over the course of her career, she has worked strongly on topics such as diversity, disruption, digitization and ESG. According to Mrs. Kugel, companies must incorporate sustainability, social responsibility and modern, flexible leadership into their business models in order to be successful and continuously focus on employee engagement.

- Ms. Kugel was previously CHRO and member of the Executive Board of Siemens AG, where she was responsible for Human Resources including Diversity and Inclusion, Social Innovation and EHS.
- Ms. Kugel began her career in management consulting and has held several management and leadership positions worldwide.
- In 2018, Manager Magazine honored Ms. Kugel as the “prima inter pares” of the most influential women in the German economy.
- She is currently a supervisory board member in various companies and senior advisor for BCG and the EQT Group. In 2021, Ms. Kugel published the SPIEGEL customer “It's Now: Live, Lead, Work - We Know the Rules, Now We're Changing Them.”
