When it comes to the question of introducing hybrid work, the cost-benefit discussion is often at the forefront. After all, it is about an investment in the future of the company. But other key questions are also up for debate: Do we need a hybrid policy in the company? How many workplaces and office space are needed? What costs will we incur? How do we use the office as efficiently as possible? How can data help us optimize? In our first webinar in 2023, we talked to our guest speakers Jonas Wolter, HR Data Analyst at RTL, and Christopher Korduan from Mazars Germany about figures and data on the hybrid work model.
Christopher Korduan: Christopher is Chief Financial Officer at Mazars Germany. Mazars is an international partnership that specializes in auditing, tax and legal as well as accounting, financial advisory and consulting. The company opted for the hybrid working model some time ago and introduced Seatti to manage offices. Christopher played a leading role in the implementation and is familiar with the numbers and data surrounding hybrid working.
Jonas Wolter: Jonas Wolter is currently Team Lead HR Analytics at the RTL Media Group. The mathematician's focus is on developing new mathematical ideas and implementing them in different environments - especially in areas where you wouldn't expect them - including HR. Jonas also uses data to try to analyze the meaning of hybrid work and employee behavior.
